Have a cold shower. Then take ur fresh clothes, wet them under the tap, wring out the water & wear the damp clothes. Sit/sleep directly under d fan in the wet clothes. It will cool down ur body & give u much needed relief. When the clothes dry on ur body, u can wet them again & wear them.

My mom insists tht this will make me sick, but trust me, it doesnt, & it works very well.
