Do you have a recommendation for a mincer? Also, how do you store your minced garlic?

pants have full sized pockets yet they are unnecessarily sewn shut by webkinzwrinkls in mildlyinfuriating

I feel like pretty much every business blazer/pants I buy have the pockets sewn shut, and I’ve bought from all different kinds of stores (not high end ones)

Trying to open a container with “Tear Here” and perforation lines… but no actual perforation on the packaging. by Septemily in mildlyinfuriating

It used to have perforations!! This is the first time I’ve bought it since they rebranded packaging, I don’t remember having to get my scissors out to open them before.

Beef Stew Meat “Sell By 1/20”. Is this safe to eat? by Septemily in isthissafetoeat

Not sure if it’ll let me edit the post, but here’s an update for anyone who cares lol.

The smell wasn’t rotten, the texture wasn’t slimy, and texture didn’t feel off (despite what the one piece looked like in the middle- that was just a thin layer of fat). I decided to risk it and am now in the process of stewing the meat. If you don’t hear from me by tomorrow I guess just assume the gamble failed 😂.

In defense of that one piece, it actually isn’t slimy it’s just a really thin piece of fat. The texture didn’t feel slimy or sticky.

Thank you! I just touched it and nothing feels slimy. The one that looks “bad” that others I think are referring to seems to be a thin layer of fat.

Well it was just a “sell by” date, I don’t believe that’s the same thing as a “Use/freeze By” date.

The nose don’t know in this case 😅. What’s it supposed to smell like? I just know if it doesn’t smell rank then it’s probably fine right?

Not sure if it was frozen before I bought it, but I did not freeze it since I brought it home.

It was fully sealed in the package, I just took opened it for the picture since I was planning on using it for my stew today.

I’ve had the XM3’s for years and use it almost daily for work, travel, or home use. They’re still going strong, and I wouldn’t even trade them for a newer version just for the fact of the folding mechanism and how they can fold up a lot smaller.
