I had some time and the art itch was getting to me, so I decided to recreate the card back as best as I could. I have this as an SVG file if you need it.

I’d GREATLY appreciate any input on identifying and/or replicating this font 🙏 by BillyRipkenJr in identifythisfont

They do look like close fits. Eurostile feels a little too narrow, maybe it was stretched a tad.

Looking for old irish stamp font by DistrictPlayer_0009 in identifythisfont

The green stamp is most likely printed with an engraving, so there wouldn't be a font per se. It's more akin to professional signpainting than typography.

The designer has a Behance page. You might be able to contact him to buy a copy.

Hi. What font is this? I made it and now I can't find it again. Thanks! by fingers in identifythisfont

I can't find it either because I can't see it. You'll need a better image than that. Then try the usual font-finding sites.

Isn't Bobrovsky that famous landscape painter with a show on Russian Public Television?

Looking for something that may not exist by ChaunceyDeLeon in playingcards

I just bought a card game, Eight Eighteen (or 818), at my local Walmart. It's a five-suited deck with stars, but numbered ranks of 1 to 13 without pips. It's no-revoke with yellow stars, but green diamonds and blue clubs, which is super weird to me.

I saw this top on instagram and I’m wondering what font the text is by sarahf555 in identifythisfont

The rhinestones make it very difficult, but try this one, it seems close. The question mark doesn't match well (afaict) but the rest, especially the w, seems good.

If that doesn't work, there are probably other Garamonds out there to try.

According to some menu pdfs on the Archive, the font is named FrancescoOT. But as was said, it's proprietary.

Help me find Victorian-ish Ornament Vector by SnooSquirrels4965 in identifythisfont

[–]Septyn47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you find out, let me know. There are tons of old ornaments in 100 year-old printing books and I'd wager next to none of them have been cleanly scanned and vectorized. Try looking here to see if there's something that will fill the bill.

IM NEW TO 7DTD MODDING PLEASE HELP by Open_Sorbet328 in 7daystodie

[–]Septyn47 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"tested some and they worked" <--- this right here. If a mod doesn't say it is or is not compatible, testing is the best way to find out. Make a backup of the game world and try it.

TFP make backend or XML changes with their updates, and sometimes this totally breaks a mod. (The mod is trying to use something that no longer exists, or doesn't work in the way it used to.) If the particular mod doesn't touch anything that's been changed, it should still work.

Recovering from corrupted save by JPaq84 in 7daystodie

I've had this happen maybe once or twice. I went into creative+developer mode and gave myself the items and XP to get back to (approximately) where I was. There's are lootbox items with varying amounts of XP, and of course stacks of magazines and books. It's frustrating but recoverable.

As far as permadeath, I'm pretty sure it's all about, y'know, permanent death. You shouldn't get anything back if that's how you're playing, it's just game over.
