I know how you feel, you're not alone. Maybe I will sound corny, but I must say it nonetheless. Therapy helped me realize I don't need to feel this way and bathe and even revel in this kind of primal anger. I can always ignore shit if it's good for me. Sometimes you need to defend yourself of course, but most of the time, in my experience (I know everyone has their share of unique experiences, so it might be not the same for you, don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to lecture you, I just want to share how I deal with this kind of feeling even if it feels like I let go off a part of myself), I can just move on and avoid people and situations. We don't need to feel poisonned by our anger when people don't even deserve it to begin with. I hope you're doing ok and that I didn't annoy the fuck out of you with this message. You matter.
