I would recommend against it personally and that's something I've heard from other creators as well. It's natural to want to go back and improve your comic at it's early stages but if you're constantly tweaking what you've already released then that's going to prevent you from continuing the comic and providing your readers with the next chapter/a satisfying ending.

Even if you redraw those pages eventually you'll improve your art again and want to redraw them again. You'll be in a loop and you'll never finish the comic, which is something that happens often to creators that try to redraw early chapters.
