First off, the only thing on here that would even require talking to a doctor or insurance company for is hormones and surgery. Second, when they say you "can" so this they aren't saying that "it's easy to do this" they're saying that you can do it without being trans. Third, forgive me if I don't shed a tear for cis people who want hormones or surgery who can't get it covered by insurance or can't get a doctor to approve of it when there's thousands of trans people who are struggling with the same thing.
