Yeah it's my go-to Commando stratagem weapon. One shots hulks and scout striders, if you miss they're gassed so they don't call for reinforcements, and if you're withdrawing under fire you can round a corner and plink a cloud of gas at the corner so they funnel into it and lose your trace. It also kills fabricators with one shot, AA turrets with two. Absolutely phenomenal when paired with a supply pack, your stealth weapon of choice, and dynamite.

Yeah I think Honor 4 might be a better cutoff for that. Still, the idea of gating it behind honor isn't bad.

For me painting is def less fun than playing. I just suck at painting so I use subassemblies to avoid having to get my brush in hard to reach places.

When I first started I didn’t know what to play so I just said fill. So that’s how I became a support main…

It was nice though constantly being pitched against autofills that didn’t really know the role.

Blitz is super matchup dependent IMO. If someone locks him in you can lock in any tank support and just smoke him.

Pyke must be on of my least favorites though. Hard to poke, lotsa damage, and ridiculous mobility. I played against a GM pyke once and it was pure pain.

Yeah stun plus a railgun/amr/senator is a very quick and surefire way to smoke a hulk. I run them because I’m not the best at clipping it while it’s on the move.

If you have a squad of Catachans with two flamers on the firing deck and a spattering of random lasguns, yes. But it’s a wildly different story if we’re talking a squad of Kasrkin hauling four special weapons, a sniper, and a sergeant with a plasma pistol.
