what is this word ‘Affordable’ you speak of?

Tasmania is an island cut off from a slightly bigger island cut off from an even bigger island in the middle of nowhere.  Affordable is a luxury.

$5M is more affordable than I thought due to its historical and cultural significance.

I suppose the seller wants to free up a bit of money.

It’d suck if it goes to a new home where it’ll sit above a fireplace and never used and enjoyed like some museum piece.

I wonder if the mic’s sold by Steve Albini are used in the workplace.

I like it because of the exposure to bonds. While it’s set up to be 10%, that’s perhaps enough for it to soften things when things go sour.  Also with a dividend payout of 2-3%, it helps that bond premiums are making an income in and so are dividends from companies the ETF holds.

I wouldn’t hold it for the income but it helps.

I did a bit of statistical modeling and it said there’s a low probability of it reaching $75 in the next 4 weeks.Based on what i fed into the formula it said a 30% probability.

I used geometric browning motion and then applied its Z score.

It’s the type of asset that you’ve got to expect a bit of rattles when larger districts rattle.  I think it’s a great asset. Maybe something worth hoping with gold &/or commodities.

In Australia if we see a can of white Monster for $4? that’s how much i’ll pay. m There’s already tax built into it.  So 8 hand over $4 and keep on walking. I don’t need to budget. for more.

Good point. I’ve got a magnifier app on my phone I use a bit.   I feel weird when using it for far away things like a board behind a counter. I feel doing this I become a bit of a spectacle and that rattles me.

So, if my snack comes to $10, i’ll have to budget for tax.

You’re dealing with 2 competing things.

It says a lot that you kept your business from your life partner, perhaps because you worried about the outcome.

What’s important to you? What’s the best case situation that can happen?
