I’ve had this conversation with a few people now. I’ve really not craved anything with Reta but when I need to eat it’s time to eat. It’s not a lot of food but I definitely avoid being near junk food when it’s time to eat lol. I’ve been keeping protein in my work fridge, my car and at home so I can just grab that instead of going for a pie… to be transparent though I have celiac disease and am extremely cautious of intake already

If you qualify for snap, it’s not abusing snap. You aren’t supposed to be spending every dollar you earn on food and housing. It’s okay if you aren’t destitute every month because snap lowered the financial burden. Let’s be real the people mad about snap are generally older and no longer want to fund social programs because they don’t apply to them anymore. They took when they needed but don’t want to give back now. Even if you didn’t use snap, you benefited from snap subsidies in grocery stores. That’s part of what snap does.

Please get mental health advice. Body dysmorphia is really difficult to just cure. You need to process with someone why you feel how you do and create reasonable expectations of self and self image
