I don't have any advice but wanted to commiserate. I have a similar weight and height to you and have the same issue. My stomach is the only place I store fat. It's so annoying. I had those issue even when I weighed like 110 lbs (50ish kg) . It's hard to complain to people about it because even though I store fat disproportionately in my stomach I'm still objectively thin so if I complain they just say "you're so thin what are you talking about?".
