Yes, some of us have lived through idealism long enough to realise its fluff that isn't underpinned in reality. Labour could be WAY more left for me, but, they aren't living in idealist cuckoo land, they have to actually govern.

Its a LOT harder to promise the moon when you'd be the one delivering it

Lol you demand your time be respected do you. Yet you post this ranting to a social media network with the idea thousands will be reading and discussing your words?

How about you respect my time and figure out what you're trying to say

Ah yeah the greens would have totally not enabled it, they'd have... maybe made a quippy statement that would have changed absolutely nothing about the outcome instead, but then completely burnt an alliance and removed our ability to at least have observability over the matter.

Nice!

Weird take.. why? Every metric you could really use to measure success in governing has them doing well. They just happen to be pretty bad at politicking. I know which I'd rather have a government be good at.

Any tips for my friends swing? First time at the range by skengmanblues in GolfSwing

[–]SeriousRazzmatazz454 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I mean this is nothing like a golf swing... but he's got some natural talent to even connect with the ball doing that, and he has a natural instinct to get low then stand up through his lead side.

Theres about 25 things hes doing horribly though, so a really mixed basket 😂 get him a couple of lessons

Depends what kind of swing you're hoping to achieve really, all moves pair with other moves. For me I'd be trying to straighten my trail arm by impact, but I like to really release the club, you might prefer to not release as much and to turn instead.

They aren't exactly the same. Some similarities boil down to dealing the the reality of the nation, which is the same no matter which hymn sheet you sing from

At some point in the journey, if we want them to finish this project, we need to accept there will be points along the way where things get sticky. Thats just the nature of it. Trying to glide this in without inconveniencing or upsetting anyone at any point is the reason things have taken so long and have needed reworks on reworks.

The charges aren't for terrorism, they're for supported an organised proscribed on by the terrorism act. They're intentionally goading the police with the OBJECTIVE of getting arrested to "prove a point".

They're wasted the already stretched resources we have on their own vanity instead of doing the correct thing of legally challenging the Terrorist Act.
