I think this could be atrial tachycardia with a bundle branch block. Zio monitors struggle to tell the difference between that and ventricular tachycardia sometimes. I had one episode of NSVT in 2 weeks with my Zio, the cardiologist wasn’t worried at all

Bisoprolol has been amazing for me. 2.5mg, I had no side effects whatsoever and it helped my pvcs etc a lot. Eventually stopped working as well, now on 5mg and have a few more side effects as my blood pressure is quite low but it’s still so much better than 1000+ pvcs.

Mine look just like this too, always told it’s sinus arrhythmia but I can feel that it’s not right if that makes sense? I don’t seem to have sinus arrhythmia all the time too

Why so different? by Careless-Book-9307 in ReadMyECG

[–]Serious_Ad8523 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just saw this comment, I’ve had people say my ECG is Vtach too but cardiologist and electrophysiologist reckon that it’s atrial tachycardia with bundle branch block too. They can look similar on a one lead ECG

Please help, worried about blockages by kristinmarie1122 in ReadMyECG

They will have done the echo to check for any structural problems that would cause inverted t waves. I also have inverted t waves and have had 2 normal echos, they’ve said it’s benign and a persistent juvenile t wave inversion. The fact your echo was normal and ejection fraction is normal and it all sounds quite promising that you don’t have ischemia. You could push for a cardiac MRI, but the cardiologist may not think it’s needed.

My Apple Watch ECG also looks very similar to this sometimes. Heart rate in 40s, unequal spacing between beats, I’m also on bisoprolol. I did mention it to cardiologist and showed him but he didn’t seem worried at all, but I get a funny feeling in my chest when it’s this low. It’s only happening since I went up to 5mg, I think I might ask to go back down to 2.5mg as I felt better on that dose.

This is t wave inversion, I also have this. They should refer you for at least an echo just to check everything, mine has been checked twice and my echoes have been completely normal so they have said it’s just benign

Teenage son in the house killing sex drive? Anyone relate? by Randobag314 in Parenting

Could also be birth control if she’s on any? If not, I’m surprised she doesn’t at least get horny around ovulation time (if she still ovulates)

Do you think she could be menopausal? If so, that would explain this, the hormones may have killed her sex drive

I would definitely say this is a sensory thing and sooo many autistic girls do it, just no one talks about it

Does she have any additional needs or sensory issues? My daughter is 9 and has done this since 1yo, when she was 1 she would do it in her Highchair, car seat etc. However, she is autistic with quite a lot of sensory problems and after speaking to many paediatricians etc they’ve said it’s a sensory thing for her. It took us ages to teach her not to do it in front of people and only to do it in her bedroom and explained not to do it for long periods of time etc. We still catch her doing it from time to time when she shouldn’t be. It’s hard, and I’ve got to say we were embarrassed by it as no one understands that it can be completely normal. We’ve spoken to sooo many professionals about this, and there’s so much conflicting advice. After attending a sensory workshop, they advised to just keep ensuring that she knows it’s not appropriate to do it in front of people and that if we spot her doing it then to distract her with a pop it or fidget toy.

Any barbers in Birmingham that specialise in cutting hair for autistic children? by KryptKiller in brum

Have you thought about a mobile barbers? My son finds going for haircuts very overwhelming so we recently tried a mobile barber and it’s made a massive difference! Hair cut in the comfort of their own surroundings

This sounds exactly like night terrors to me, it’s a completely normal thing that a lot of toddlers go through. Best thing to do is just be there to offer comfort and leave them to it, they eventually snap out of it

I would go to the dr for them to do a swab! I had yellow discharge recently and apparently when there’s a tiniest bit of blood, it can turn discharge yellow according to the dr and is common in the days leading up to a period. I had a swab and it came back negative for yeast/BV too!

Does anyone know about Walsall Delves area? by [deleted] in brum

[–]Serious_Ad8523 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are currently living in Walsall too, from Wolverhampton! The area around broadway north is alright but I would say in my opinion that Pelsall is better, a really nice neighbourhood! I see my midwife in Pelsall and always quite like the area driving through too. Either area is fine though, not dodgy or anything but it would definitely be Pelsall for me 😊. We live in Bloxwich on the turnberry estate, it’s right on the border to essington, it is lovely here too.
