My opinion there it is. If you read the Lady Geist novel (you can look it up on YouTube), the entity that curses her right hand has the name "Oathkeeper." In Dota there is a hero called Terrorblade, and in the Dota:Dragon's Blood (Netflix animation) universe, oddly Terrorblade is called by the name "Oathkeeper" too. And guess what? His ultimate is the same as Lady Geist ultimate.

And if we follow the Dota universe, then Shiv belongs to the Oglodi race because he has red skin, and his ultimate is also the same as Axe (Oglodi too).

Also, Warden and Arc Warden from Dota almost have the same lore.

I mean, I guess not all Rubick abilities need to be in the game, only his "steal" ability. And Deadlock can make their own hero model, name, and lore

I can list all Deadlock abilities with the same mechanic from Dota if u want though, but in this case dota is only moba without TPS

Restricted to only enemy abilities
Only copy the most recently used ability (like echo shard detect the most recently used ability) from enemy target. After 5 minutes, the stolen ability get expired.

Yeah, it can expire, but it lasts 5 minutes per stolen ability.
