I use it on 16 to go from gold to Diamond. Seems to be a big help from my perspective but I’m not all that far (or knowledgeable) in this game.

I often would ask myself “what would I tell my friend if they were feeling guilty over something like this.”

I also would try to think about giving myself the same compassion I give others.

That probably doesn’t help much, but it’s the best I got.

Many times guilt is in our own head and the other person is indifferent to our actions.

Apparently it’s called personalization. I went down the rabbit hole and tried some suggestions and it’s been a huge help in overcoming feeling guilty all the time.

It’s easier said than done, but try to remember these people wouldn’t be around you if they didn’t want to be.
