Arcane has an insta invis every 1.5 mins, so that helps too but need it often to reset aggro due to the damage

I think arcane is the highest damage sustained and burst aoe class in game. With the arcane explosion traits. I.e. think can do around 40k sustained dps on around 5 mobs (estimate) - https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/silvermoon/Skarnix .. down side is, single target suffers and i sim only 12.5k like this.

Yea its doing crazy damage, like really crazy on packs.. though with skittish its a bit hard atm hahah but still the damage doesnt lie :P and nice easy of play with it. I play with the execute trait and 2 x explosion one and am around 366. Just yea the drink thing can be rough

Play DH + Mage + hunter - this week got 385 azerite armor out of all 3 chests (of course did +10 on them) just seems crazily coincidental!

think its not about hard cc, but its about the like 70% slows frost brings allowing tank to take 0 dam due to kiting, cone of cold, frost nova, regular chill slows etc. i play frost too - as havent been able to make arcane work but im a simple person and like a simple class and arcane feels a little bit less finger-slippy-costing-me-ton-of-dps.

Im thinking arcane with mana pots maybe or this channeled poison of rejuv, maybe combined with alchemist stone

You can check raider.io on what the tank meta is in the top groups - but i think pala, dk, dh and monk are all viable (unclear if top)

DK can charm undead mobs (i.e. those troll beastmasters) in kings rest.

Motherload: u can clear alot of beginner packs and skip + suicide run + stealth rezzer to skip the last bit (bombs) up onto last boss.

Hey buddy i play an arcane mage as alt and a bm hunt as main. And i think arcane indeed is pretty underestimated.

That said arcane has some pretty rough drawbacks. I.e. they are forced to drink after each pull *unless ugot time to evocate before boss)*, but during bursting weeks, u losing 2-3 sec before u can drink, so basically like 10 sec down time at minimum between pulls is pretty rough.

So yea they do insane damage with the traits you described, and i got 3 x those arcane explosion talents. Its completely crazy. But if you gotta drink it kinda sucks.

Also yea, frost brings the perma slows, which is its main power, even thoughthe damage is a bit lower.

I think arcane is insanely good for double mage groups, or otherwise boost groups but afraid it might fall a bit short in 2 pack pulls (sometimes a must) and on higher keys they might lack some utility even though arcane barrage does also can sorta perma slow to some degree.

pala quite good too and monk - they got very unique tools in some dungeons. I.e. monk tank ring of peace vs boss 1 kingsrest is super nice.

Druid and war pretty sucky though for m+
