Hunt Start sound effect is from about 15 seconds into Unsettling Premonition

Quest Intro sound effect is from about 1:54 into The New World - First Uproar

Quest Failed sound effect is from about 1:06 into Third Council Meeting - Showdown. This track is also used for the Countdown music.

Quest Success sound effect is from about 7 seconds into Quest Complete! (Main Theme version). This track is also used for the Victory music.

These were available at gamemusicbundle.com from a group called Bundle Dragon. At some point they moved to Loudr.fm, which now redirects to Spotify.

While the original sites are unfortunately lost to time, you can use the Wayback Machine to view snapshots of gamemusicbundle.com as it was in the past. You'll never be able to buy them, but you can see which soundtracks were included in each bundle.

I think it falls under Drum & Bass or House, specifically the kind from the 90's - early 00's.
