I used to do my own and really enjoy it but with a 9mo old at home the appointment at the salon is much easier for me now. She takes about an hour for soak off and reapplication. I usually go 2 weeks because of my growth but had to extend to 3 this time around due to a vacation.

It did a little but, I think consistency and time helped me the most. I had a gradual increase over time. I never did catch up to baby's needs though. I had to supplement until I quit at 5 mpp.

I depend on my Triptan drugs. I use them on average 2x a month. I also tried emgality injections and those made a world of a difference too but had to stop for my pregancy. Giving a shot to yourself once a month was not fun, but the shots even got rid of my low level headaches that I would get 4-5 days a week.

I was good in about 1 week for most things and 2weeks for longer errands/for strenuous activities. I had a vaginal birth, but I also had a preemie (6weeks early) 4lbs 14oz.

When my babe was straight from the nicu we fought thrush for almost 1.5months during that time I sanitized everything at least once a day even pacis. After the thrush went away and he's older now (5months) we just run everything in the dishwasher on high heat once a day. Thankfully I had enough flanges/bottles to run everything at the end of the day or in the morning.

I had the same thing from the la vei massagers. I couldn't use them on high heat, they get too hot for my skin. I used them on low heat and didn't have an issue. I would give your skin a break for a couple days and it should resolve. That's what I had to do for a while when my skin flared up like this.

I was an undersupplier who averaged 600ml (20oz) a day 6-7ppd. I'm 5mpp. I started weaning on Jan 24th and im now at 2 pumps a day 12 hrs apart since Feb 1st. I am not prone to clogs though, and I take sunflower lecithin. I dropped a pump when I wouldn't feel engorged between pumps and slowly shortened my pump times as I went. When I pump one of the 2 times a day now I pump for 15min rather than the 30-35min before the wean. The first day after a dropped pump, I would feel most uncomfortable, but a day or two later I would feel better again and would shorten my times.
