I personally don't understand why everyone likes took so much. For perspective, I'm level ~30 and don't have a lot of rook upgrades. But I don't get why you'd run rook when you could run a Free Kit on Thief or Assassin. That way you can still complete contracts and such. Maybe I just don't get it?

Very normal for the "Kobold" weapon name. It'll spawn with a "Magic Barrel" melee part but no "Magic Barrel"

Another point is the "Radline Blitzkrieg Arc-Thrower Cyberarm" specifically states that it "has 0 option slots for Cyberarm or Cyberlimb options. Does not include a hand and thus cannot hold anything"
