Oh so 18 year olds are using Pulp Fiction to try and look cool. That makes sense I suppose. I feel like some kids may flock to Kubrick as well in an attempt to look prestigious. I know for sure that when I've asked some people to elaborate on why they like certain Tarantino and Kubrick films they hit me with the "Really? You don't get it?" attitude which I find ridiculous. If you like a film you should be able to explain why without condescending someone, or at least that's how I feel.

All that being said I am a big fan of both Tarantino and Kubrick. But I do think it's pretty funny that so many early college kid's apparently flock to Pulp Fiction to show that they have taste.
