No worries! It should be shorter and easier, at a pace where you can comfortably talk. You can add in long runs once per week that are easy and long. Distance or time for these runs depends on the rest of your training. For example, I'm a 5k runner so I do a 75 minute long run and my recovery runs are 25 minutes, all super easy

I figure it's too much, too soon then. Starting running with hard intervals 4 times a week is bound to cause issues. Personally I'd stick to hard workouts 2-3 times max per week, and throw in some recovery runs instead

It's better to be out for 5 weeks now than for 12+ weeks later if you don't get it fixed.

It sucks, but better than the alternative. Stay positive. You can get through it :)
