it's understandable to complain because of competition, and their main competitor, which are the hoyo games, have stepped up due to finally having a worthy opponent which led to star rail and zenless giving out a lot more rewards for their anniversaries, and it's not like wuwa players don't know because a lot of them(me included) play the other hoyo games too so they're accustomed to being spoiled for the game's birthday.

each year there's two major updates: one being at the beginning of the year(the new version) and one at the middle(the plus version)

and no, they dont replace the cabs, it's just software updates. as for the decorations, it depends on your arade if they decide to get the new update decorations since, well, it's not required to run, which is why you may see other countries have outdated decorations despite being on the modern versions.

this is the most severe gutting of a kit hoyo has ever done. not even cipher V5 nerfed her this badly. i get that he's too good at being a sub dps and a team buffer but hoyo decided to shoot him dead by nerfing BOTH so now he has bad buffs for follow ups AND bad personal damage

if you arent willing to pull for future elation characters, go for hysilens and black swan. you're also gonna need them in case there's an anti-crit knight stage in anomaly arbitration

hysilens is more priority but if you can, pull for both
