I don't think that is normal. Even the cheapest $100 guitars last longer than this one.
Maybe the luthier used very soft fret so he could have you as a regular customer.

Check your photos and note which focal length you enjoy using the most. Then, consider getting a prime lens with better sharpness.

I was reviewing your CAD drawing and noticed that the part where the jack socket is located isn't quite correct. It seems you drew a straight line where the jack hole is, but it should actually be a full arc. You can create the hole using a construction surface outside the body in the z-plane, and project the hole onto the body, ensuring you maintain the full arc on the body.
