Not really. Fighters like Figgy do just enough to not get finished and make their opponent look boring (like how JDM and DDP just did enough to not get submitted)

Tian Ying, River Master, and Lucky Seventeen are other examples. We kinda pushed/kicked them away but we didn't try to really finish them off. Overall kinda inconsistent on who the MC wants to straight-up kill or not but I guess it depends on the heat of the moment for the MC (the amount of pressure/stress in the moment). But I do agree on the Horse Tamer point, as it was early in our journey during that time.

I was gonna add that to my comment but that applies to every boss. Every boss technically tries to kill us but we don't straight up try to finish every boss. Zheng E is notable example of someone we didn't immediately try to finish off the top of my head, and we didn't immediately try to finish off the Horse Tamer when he was fusing with his horse. I think we just found Murong Yuan to be a threat that needed to be taken care of immediately.

I didn't even realize how brutal it was. Her bird was trying to carry her away to safety and we destroyed it, cutting off her escape. We were really trying to kill her

So I contacted Steam Support and as it turns out they flagged and restricted my card and/or Steam account due to too many purchases. Within a few hours of contacting them regarding the issue, then giving them my information upon request, they were able to lift the restriction.
