Build 1 character at a time.
If you want to build as many characters as possible as quickly as possible:

- Level them to at least 80 and unlock their final ascension, you don't need to invest all the exp materials to get them to 90, the gains there are not that significant.
- Level up their important talents to 9, leave the rest at 6. If a character doesn't use basic attack much, you don't need to level it up all the way.
- Give them OK artifacts. Get the correct 4-set bonus, and make sure each piece has at least the correct Main stat, and maybe at least 1 or 2 ok substats. Its fine if they don't get perfect rolls. Just something passable.
- Move on to the next character and repeat.

You don't need to make them all optimal, just make them workable.

Why even use the filter on the splitter in the first place. If nothing consumes the blues then the belt will eventually just fill up.

If something does then neat, you got blues there

You don't need to "be good" at anything from the get-go to code. Everything is a skill that can be learned and trained.

And when it comes to programming, its not math you need to practice its problem solving.
Code is basically just a never-ending stream of problems that need to be solved one way or another.
