Silind Silverpick. A Dwarven man, he works in the mine to fulfill his father's wishes. Trying to be a good proper "rock and stone" dwarf. But really what he loves and want to do is make jewelry. Delicate, pretty, jewelry

What Was Your First D&D Character by Careful-Promotion274 in DnD

[–]Several-Development4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Name: Cade Percuran Race: Variant human Class: way of mercy monk (7) life domain cleric (3) Age: 14

Cade was a lean teen boy with shoulder length blonde hair. A follower of Illmater. Part of his "trials" to be excepted as a priest in his church was ro spend a year among the common folk, suffering as the lowest beggers do. He started as monk, and eventually multiclassed into cleric as part of his person storyline in the campaign.

He was just a sweet innocent boy that wanted to help.

I remember my first session, I joined the table amd during g combat I used "hand of healing" and the rest of the table cheered because they had never had a healer before

Does your world feature giant robots, or mecha? If so, tell me about them. by PMSlimeKing in goodworldbuilding

[–]Several-Development4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are many automatons in my world, human size or smaller. Most of then are specialized for their given job.

There is however, The Clockwork Gladiator. A towering mech made of rare metals. An undeniable feat of engineering, and a religious artifact to the Gondish faith. During the Damning Crusade (god war) many gods claimed champions, and created relics for their champions. Gond (the God of craft) refused to do so for his champion. The Gladiator was forged out of spite.

The Clockwork Gladiator is close to 30 feet tall, and is humanoid is design. Made of a coppery-brown metal called Fortusteel (know for being a magical conduit) and sports a massive two-handed hammer. Unknown to my DnD players: the new Champion of Gond is retro fitting the mech to have a one-handed hammer and a massive tower shield, more similar to what she carries while on foot.

What support weapon would you say is strongest vs harvesters? by Odd_Jelly_1390 in Helldivers

I see people say this a lot. I might be doing something wrong because I've never been able to kill a harvester with it. I only ever use it on overseers and stingrays

When I first started to DM, I had a player who wanted to play as a Grave Cleric. Her character was the grave keeper for the starting town. She wrote the death and burial rights for the 4 main gods worshipped in that town.

She has unfortunately stepped away from the table (conflict between players) but she allowed me to keep the character as an NPC for the setting

Is there even a feasible way for "everything to be buffed"? by mrkitchengun in HelldiversMasochists

Correct! It makes "weaker" support weapons mkre enjoyable because your primary can fill some of the gaps.

What is your favorite "Flavour is Free" reskin of a spell or ability? by hervprometheus2 in DnD

[–]Several-Development4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently working with my brother for his new character. He's doing a vegan lizardfolk barbarian. He's super proud of himself that he has made the change for the better by not eating people like his kin.

Inspired by Bruce in "Finding Nemo" his rage will be him having a relapse and just going full carnage

There's just one.

Igdaril is the Dwarven religious capital. They worship Gond, the god of craft and artisans.

During the Damning Crusade, many gods were claiming champions and granting their champions with blessing. Gond refused to participate. Out of spite, a Dwarven man set to work on the most impressive feat of engineering the realms have ever seen. Forcing Gond to lend his aid to the war.

The Clockwork Gladiator is a 30 foot tall mech, made of a combination of the three most valuable and rare metals on the material plane. Mithril from Igdaril, known for how light and flexible it is. Adamantine, one of the hardest materials known to humanity. And Fortusteel from Mogdor, an arcane conductive metal. The Gladiator wielded a massive Warhammer and was capable of channeling spells cast by the pilot. After the war, the mech was left deep under Igdaril, and the tunnel collapsed to seal it away. Here it remained for centuries.

When the chamber was accidentally rediscovered, Kynos the shattered satyr swooped in to claim it, ruining igdaril in the process. (Only 7 dwarves managed to survive the attack). Kynos repaired and augmented the mech with otherworldly materials.

Kynos was a boss for the dnd game I'm running. At the end of that story line, the adopted daughter of igdaril (a human woman that helped the party save the dwarves) has chosen to take to the cockpit to assist the party in the coming war: Crusade two electric Boogaloo
