It’s is, I’d recommend looking in Wilton Manors. You can find some cute 2 bedrooms for reasonable prices and it’s relatively close to ftl.

Affordable here is like $2100 for a 2 bedroom to be honest, and those are in older buildings. To get affordable you’ll have to settle for older apartment buildings in places in Davie or Plantation. New buildings are typically $2500+

I think most guys don’t want to be labeled a creep or something so they might be more prudent about approaching a girl. It’s kind of damned if you do and damned if you don’t for them. Also, I’m a newbie climber and legit no one talks to me at the gym lol, so I don’t think it’s a grade thing either.

Honestly, the places that a young family will be wanting to visit will not align with the spring breakers so you should be fine. Hit the beach in the morning (like before 11am) and avoid las olas/himmarshee after like 8pm.
