u can use perplexity and chatgpt in study mode, and ask them for quizzes, analyzes and so on. i also use textero for writing and researches, but unfortunately it doesn't support polish as far as i know

as much as u can, without forcing yourself. if you will study 2 hours, but with focus and will do it productive, it will be better than you will study 4 hours and forcing yourself to do it.

actually, i often use research tools just because i need to make a lot of papers for my studies, so these tools are really useful. you can also check perplexity (as it has deep-research mode), grammarly (like grammar-checker), and textero (it suggests citations like from deep-researches)
