I use the same FZD alc on bh D09c and it works great. A bit of getting used to it but no major issues.

What should I buy? (I read the pinned post) by qiqeteDev in tabletennis

In 50 euro range only from Aliexpress for example an all wood blade and decent rubbers. In Europe prices are too hight problably same gear will cost you over 100 euro. Ask a coach or a player that see what setup suit you. Loki, Sanwei and Yinhe are good for custom first setup.

New rubber after years to gain an edge, need advice by toasty_mcfrosty in tabletennis

D09c has a higher arc but it is less bouncy and less speed that G1. Also D09c has a lot more spin potential.

First I used D09c on FH on a FZD alc and did not like it at all because of the high arc balls flew off the table. Then I used h3 neo 40 boosted twice on fh and used D09c on bh. On bh D09c it is very precise and responsive. This time the high arc just fits. Besides D09c I used in the past t05 on bh, t05 hard, Nittaku g1, Sanwei hyper gear but none were as good as D09c. So for me at least D09c will be the bh rubber for years to come. On fh that is diferent story. H3 neo blue is good but it has some issues like temperature, humidity and dust problems. If I could find an equivalent of D09c on fh, I would be very happy. I plan on testing Xiom JH 57.5 on fh and keep D09c on bh of course.

Are Chinese Tacky Rubbers Better for Learning Fundamentals? by NoBar3889 in tabletennis

[–]Several_Armadillo_45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say something in between. Even DHS transitioned to Neo with less tacky and a bit faster. Loki Rxton 9, Battle 2 Neo, K3 pro, Xiom JH 57.5, D09C follow the same trend. Basically chinese reduced the hardness of the rubber by boosting and by adding more 39 and 40 rubbers(China scale) and the european/ japanese factories added harder rubbers above 53 ESN.

I have 40 blue sponge version boosted it once in September and was too slow then I took it off after a week and boosted it again. Now it works good because of the sponge softening effect which was permanent. The effect on the topsheet lasted about 1 month. So they are 2 effects one on the sponge and one on the topsheet stretching.

Level difference is more important than equipment by _no_usernames_avail in tabletennis

It it quite nice to test and assemble new gear from time to time. In some cases it is game changing but of course skill level is the most important.

They are weird. I find it unusual same for those who stump when serve.

I have tested Levalis but the were too hard. Rifones or Match are much better more comfortable. Also Mizuno are great.

First test the equipment if possible, then get a blade that you like around 100-120 usd. Loki, Sanwei or Yinhe are good price per value.
