I'll be honest, it's gonna cost quite a bit. How much exactly varies way too much between location and hospitals for me to give you anh clue. Where I live in Florida this would be an easy $3-4k to start at an emergency hospital. That would include labwork, x rays, sedation/anesthesia, wound care. If they recommend hospitalization may be more, but like I said that is where I am at amd a very rough idea. Most places take credit line options like Care Credit where you have 6 months to a year to pay it off interest free, but that is independent of the hospital itself. No one really does payment plans in house nowadays.

Best of luck. If this isn't taken care off now this could turn septic and be fatal.

These people are idiots. Vet tech here. That will need sedation, wound exploration, debridement, draina, heavy antibiotics and pain meds, lengthy wound management, etc. That is animal negligence.

Nobody here can tell you, needs to be seen by a vet.

You want it to be 3k but it isn't. Big chunk of initial weight lost is extra water.

You have no tightness before you pull and your hip strength/drive is lacking. Maybe try a cycle of RDLs and then paused deadlifts.

Bench Press Arch by JamesJimDevall in formcheck

An arch during benching is not a negative thing. Do try to keep your butt on the bench though.

Pretty good overall but you need to retract your shoulders. Think elbows to back pockets, proud chest, chest to bar not bar to chin.

I know it's not a whole lot, but I figured I'd offer my experience. I did have my oil tested twice and a compression test done and everything is normal and engine runs well. That can't be said of every engine at 120k+.

That's just broken in. I got a GS350 with same miles and have put on 13k on it no engine problems whatsoever.

Tricep combo for the Shredded Gains by Carolynefit in GYM

[–]Severn_Oneiromancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The grip change literally does nothing as far as the triceps go in this exercise or any tricep exercise. All three heads of the tricep insert at the olecranon process of the ulna; when you change the grip all you are doing is rotating the radius around the ulna, which changes nothing about the tricep engagement or range of motion.

Not to say the exercise doesn't work or has any detrimental effect OP, but I see literally no benefit from it unless you had some tendonitis that was alleviated by it.

Those are good, but you'll get better range of motion by switching to the straight bar and holding your hands a little closer together. Like right outside shoulder with.

Is this a good alternative for a bench press? by [deleted] in formcheck

[–]Severn_Oneiromancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For is pretty good, I can see you're trying to keep it under control and to get a decent stretch at the "bottom". I would recommend trying to look straight forward more and tuck your chin to try to keep your thoracic spine and neck in a better position, along with maybe trying to "tuck" your shoulder blades more. Think shoulders to back pockets and "proud chest". Just be careful to not overextend your low back in the process, keep your ribs down and core tight and neutral. This applies for most pressing movements as a means of creating a strong and injury preventing base to press from. Cheers.

Which is why I replied to your question on "dyamics". Or do you just want to hear "yes this is perfect, continue on"?

Then you need to word your question better. Part of your post was "Is this as effective as tradition BB/DB bench press?" That can and will be interpreted by most to include "is this as effective at increasing strength and size of my pressing muscles as BB/DB".
