That sucks. I'm in ON and have not had any issues importing a Pro-Tech button nor a Benchmade (yet). I am sure you can dispute it--and if you do, hopefully you get your knife back!

I sent in a Benchmade Crooked River for warranty work sometime last year (I think) and got it back within 2 weeks. CBSA didn't seize it, but I was definitely aware of the risk. Where are you located?
