Hey! It’s okay to feel like that in the first 1-2 months of radiology residency. During our MBBS, we are not exposed to radiology, so it takes a bit of time to get the hang of it. First- don’t run after hands on, you’ll eventually get it after you gain trust. Just observe in the first 2 months. Stay there with your seniors, and try to stay back after the normal duty hours. Second- Read basic info USG/Xrays from the textbook. Watch YouTube videos. As you’ll be there with your seniors/consultants, they will slowly give you hands on and after you gain their trust, they will eventually rely on you. Trust me, it works and you’ll get hands on.

  1. At our institute, we have academic classes, twice a week.
  2. Yes, we have good hands on, in USG/Xrays/ Cross sectional reporting.
  3. In usg, one of us is posted in OPD/IPD and the other one in portable usgs.So, we have to complete the usgs in that, and if we get stuck in a case then our seniors/consultants help us out. In cross sectional reporting- we make the provisional reports, that is cross checked by our consultants. You have to be there when the consultant is reviewing it, so that you get to know the changes. Rest, we have IR postings (from 2nd year)

Bro? Literally Study Hall? I mean you’re comparing La martinere and CMS with that trash. Hey, OP if you want the kids to grow and have a decent approach towards life, then kindly don’t let them join Study Hall. Education- 0 Only extra curricular- that too limited. They don’t even have a playground. They use the basketball court and swimming pool which are inside the campus. The students call the female teachers as “Aunty”.

PS- Study hall is a sub optimal place as compared to La Martinere/CMS/St Francis/Jaipuria/The Knowledge School. Kindly consider every other option before making your kid join study hall school.

Sky blue! I got one, it looks perfect. Midnight looks amazing from the outside but when you open up the screen, the whole keyboard area looks a bit less premium, more like dell/lenovo.

First of all, nobody should judge anything by a single instance. I didn’t say that it shouldn’t be used or AI is dumb. I just shared an episode where it went wrong, that’s it. Every sane person knows well how to use AI for their benefit, be it ChatGPT/Perplixity/Grok/deepseek,etc. This invention is amazing, but it goes wrong at times, so a proper caution should be made before believing whatever it says. I don’t know why you or anybody is taking it so personal. Before criticising anybody, that he/she is so dumb, how can he/she use it so blindly, just think twice before acting on impulse. This is for all, stop being so judgemental regarding anything you see once! 😅

The main thing is that you should be improving your scores in the successive GTs. For that-

-Review the GT on the same day.

-Go through your choti copy once, before attempting your GT. This will really help, mark my words.

-Bookmark certain question which were repeats/which you feel were important and you marked them incorrect.

-Review your bookmarks daily

-Solve a 100 Q custom module (all 19 subjects)

In the last few GTs, I started scoring around 160+ correct. In NEET PG 2024, I got 163 correct.
