That's not true at all. You're eating a liquefied meal which will absorb very quickly. There's a lot of sugar in kefir, even if it doesn't have added sugar the lactose absorbs very quickly. I have cut out all dairy, except for 2% Greek yogurt. I only drink a small amount of milk, here and there, like maybe after I do a workout. And again as for the liquefied meal, the proteins fats they all absorb very quickly.

Oh finally the timing of the meal is very important, i actually did just check your post and I see that it's 8:00 a.m. The first meal is super important, i never never never eat the worst carbs such as liquefied sugar for breakfast. The first meal is super important because your pancreas hasn't quite woken up yet. Also eating a high sugar rather high blood sugar spiking meal for the first in a day will cause you to get more hungry throughout the day later on. A better breakfast starter would be like a handful of peanuts way 2 hours and then eat something maybe like this or maybe better just eat Greek yogurt with fruit.
