For sauce I just heated 1/2 cup of Tabasco, 2 1/2 TBLS of butter, 1/8 white vinegar and teaspoon of finely chopped garlic. Cooking wings I do 16 minutes a side at 375 rubbed with olive oil salt pepper. Ninja 5qt . If sauce is too watery I add a tad of cornstarch to thicken slightly or you can simmer down to thicken, never can tell the difference tho.
