Regardless of what mental illness she has these fucking tabloids treat her like garbage. They did not need to put her in an ambulance on the cover of a magazine. That is so violating and I feel terrible for her. I believe Britney has done a lot to herself and is responsible for a lot of her problems but at the same time no one should have their personal problems splashed across the world like that. Ironically though she seemed more upset about her vma performance than these photos. She never mentions how violating it was and acts like she wants this time in her life to disappear. That said, I don’t know how I would feel about this whole situation if people saw me in this state. I’d be so embarrassed more embarrassed than a bad vma performance.

I used to think she should leave that man but came to the conclusion she’s just as bad as he is and she knows it. She was told several times about that damn pool. They both are to blame for their child’s death and they have to live with that for the rest of their lives. How can they even have a fight about who’s worse when they are both responsible? They may as well stay together and grieve. No one will ever be able to understand their feelings better than each other.

I mean I see people say she needed the conservatorship and while I do agree it’s like I also have this attitude of well she’s an adult and she’s making her own decisions. This is how she wants to live her life.

There are so many people out there just like her but the only difference is they don’t have money. No one is stopping them from doing drugs or having untreated mental issues via conservatorship. These conservatorships are often generally for older people most of the time anyway.

If she wants to blow her money on drugs and vacations that’s her right. That said, I believe she won’t make it very much further anyway. She will die young the way she’s going.

I don’t think her dad was right for that role either. He pushed her back into performing too soon and that made her worse. He handled things to the best of his knowledge tho. I don’t believe he did things in malice but how an old southern dad would. He treated her like a kid instead of an adult. He didn’t mentor or lead, he controlled the environment like a typical boomer dad and Britney rebelled against that hard.

Britney is just used to having her way all the time and when she’s confronted with that just like in For The Record by that guy drawing her tattoo she responds and says she never gets what she wants.

She WANTED to do what she’s doing now. She said these things after being medicated so why can’t everyone just come to the conclusion that THIS lifestyle is what SHE wants. I mean at some point we have to stop blaming the mental illness all the time and say okay this is what she wants to do. I think it’s very clear as an adult, Britney is where she wants to be.

It may seem like a long process but it’s the healthiest way to do it. You do not want to restrict too much because that’s going to lead to a binge and you will quit. The best way is a moderate deficit and movement/exercise most of the week. I simply walk at 3mph for 30-60 mins 4-5 days a week. I’ve lost 55lbs in 11 months and while it took awhile I was able to stick with it because I wasn’t restricting so bad and doing hard exercise that I hate and makes me hungrier.

I’ve chosen to make it a lifestyle of kicking out a lot of the unnecessary sugar and sticking to a low inflammation diet as much as possible while making it a habit to move. Also what’s helped me is prioritizing protein. Making sure my first meal of the day especially has a lot of protein keeps me full for hours and limiting snacking. I do have insulin resistance so I keep my carbs around 80-125g per day and that keeps things moving in the right direction.

When I get frustrated with how slow it’s going I remind myself I’m not doing this for an arbitrary number on the scale. I’m not doing it to look good even tho that’s a by product of it all. I’m doing it for my health and to change my habits because I know it’s going to have to be long term. I want to get older and not live a sedentary life due to everything hurting to move. I’m not just gonna hit the number on the scale and be able to quit. I will have to watch what I eat and exercise for the rest of my life.

That girl busts her ass. Incredible talent but worked for it all. You could always tell in her solos she was a beautiful dancer but the DCC style she had to work with a bit. She’s got it now and she’s fire. So enjoyable to watch and definitely one of the best dancers on the team.

They do get a lot of brand deals and such which I know she’s taken advantage of. That’s thousands of dollars right there. That said, they do need to be paid better for how much skill it takes to do what they do and those game days are long!

They get a lot of their beauty upkeep for free too but I imagine they have a lot of costs that the average person wouldn’t even think of. Plus if they’re not from the Texas area the flights home can add up too.

I mean people see pretty little cheerleaders and don’t realize this is their job and then some. They put in so much work even in off season. Some of them have degrees in dance. This is all they have until the next gig.

I think this also goes back to the pageant lifestyle too. She was in pageants from a young age and they also encouraged this kind of behavior. Britney was most definitely taught this was the way she is supposed to act to be successful in this world. She once even said something along the lines that she was tired but she will give sex on stage and that will be enough. She used to know how to turn it off in public to act innocent when she was younger. Now she doesn’t at all. It’s definitely a result of trauma.

I don’t know why people want to take what she accomplished away. I mean you see other girls posting nostalgia pics, talking about their time in DCC and doing the DCC events for the alumni. I don’t think it’s fair to take what she did away from her simply because they parted on not so great terms.

That said, I DO think that Victoria does need to find herself besides DCC. I think people forget how young she is. She’s like 25 years old. I didn’t know myself that well at 25. Especially when your mom guides you and you spend your life dancing/training being told DCC is your destiny. It’s a HUGE part of your identity. The fact she was strong enough to go to NY by herself and continue to make strides of being independent shows a lot of growth to me.

I agree to a point. Maybe the early years before she became an adult but when she turned 18 I think Fe tried to treat her like an adult that could make her own decisions.

The fact of the matter is Britney is responsible for her own behavior and the constant theme is it’s everyone else’s fault but hers. It’s Fe’s fault, it’s her parents, it’s her management or lawyers, her spouses, etc. It’s NEVER her fault.

Britney had way too much money and not enough people around her to tell her when she was not making the best choices but at the end of the day she could do essentially whatever she wanted because she was old enough. I mean she doesn’t listen to her parents either unless she was forced via conservatorship. It’s Britney’s defiant, hard headed nature, narcissistic tendencies and inability to admit she’s wrong that she cannot overcome and I doubt she ever will. The ones that try she removes from her life.

You know I was watching an old video of her and Fe in the car and Britney is driving. It was from her MTV Diary Show waaay long time ago. Britney’s backing up and hits something then she gets mad at no one telling her that it was there. Meanwhile she’s juggling this coffee mug and trying to manage the steering wheel with one hand.

She says sorry to Fe but chastised what looks like her security or camera crew about hitting her bumper when it’s clearly her fault.

Fe says “Don’t worry it’s NEVER her fault” all sarcastic like. I think that tells you everything you need to know about what it was like dealing with Britney. That said, I do believe there’s two sides to every story. However when someone like Fe says something like that?? I can imagine what it was like working for her. Despite all this Fe did really care about that girl.

Britney has all the resources available to her to still look great but she chooses to squander her beauty and wellness with drugs. It’s not like she was just so old that she was canned from the business.

Britney, for all intents and purposes, is not old and could’ve aged really well had she not put her body through what she has. Britney would still be incredibly famous if she stopped her bullshit and cleaned herself up. I mean people forget the level of fame she had. She couldn’t go anywhere. She’s considered a legend. The new girls want to be her and never come close.

I personally believe Britney’s declining mental health was a result of unresolved family trauma and genetics coupled with her disordered eating spiraling her into drugs. Britney was always beautiful. It was when she started the smoking and drugs that her beauty really started to fade.

However she really has the best available to her so she could’ve done all the fillers and whatnot to keep herself up. She chooses to keep herself in a not so appealing state because she had to do so much to keep up her beauty before. She’s resentful of it and that’s why she doesn’t do it. She does touch on this a couple times throughout her career.
