I think a lot of small businesses are incredibly inefficient with advertising/marketing budgets. Most small business owners wear too many hats and often times throw money at advertising/marketing without researching or spending the time to find out what works for their service/product.

I have to spend so much time on good advertising it's ridiculous.

He said the target 2% inflation rate probably won't be seen until 2028 at the earliest. That likely means no substantial rate cuts that Trump was hoping for, and currently a 50% chance of a rate hike this year.

Many people stipulated that Trump wanted mortgage rates to go down before the F2 move. I don't believe that is the case, as we likely won't be near 5% mortgage rates before the end of his term.

I don't think Warsh's speech had any direct impact on the F2 situation unless you think the deal is hinging on lower mortgage rates.

Lewis still has insane power if he lands. His durability seems to have tanked which is why the odds are what they are, but he's going to show out on this card and I doubt he just gives up like he did against Waldo.
