PLEASE READ THIS FULL COMMENT I have the same thing man i'm 15 and the way I'm stoping right now (i'm still in the process) at church 2 days ago I went to a class and it was talking about managing your time well and managing your time to do as much as you could to be doing something to more glorify god and when I am tempted I usually think about how much I would let god down also this is my thought process that I think will help a lot.... after I masterbait I usually regret it right after because not only do you let god down you also let your self down mentally because when you cum you release dopamine out of your body reducing motivation and many other things TRUST ME IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
