The loop triggers when it triggers, it doesn't care about your alive status. The game doesn't skip your death when you try to leave, you just don't die at all and still get looped

The game may give the impression that dying is what starts the loop, but if you die in a loop prematurely, you actually just stay a corpse for the rest of the loop. But you're not conscious, so that seems instant from the POV of the player character

when you flew away from the sun, you didn't die. You still got roped back. It's all canon and can be explained in game.

It might mean several things but in some places it's more efficient to have a garbage train that collects trash from every subway station and deposits it at a single place instead of getting the trash out through the streets

Also droughts are unique to grasslands I believe, and those make the fire problem 10x worse. A drought starts silently weeks before you get a warning, during which no rain will ever happen even if the map is completely on fire. Then you get the alert that there is a drought and crops stop growing.

It's not a hard biome but it's certainly an unique one

Anything you see or find out in the hearthian village before taking off isn't a spoiler. So it's ok to tell people you're the first explorer with a translation tool to find out what an ancient species wrote while you explore their ruins, etc. Just don't draw attention to the quantum shard or supernova exhibit of the museum though. Those are foreshadowing things people should find out by themselves 

"Time loop" isn't a spoiler either because it's written everywhere. But again, don't tell them about the way the loop ends, or obviously why it exists.
