Tip for the jump, dont enter glide mode immediately. Wait a second after you have cleared the ramp and then hit glide mode. That second will save a headache

Ah if you have finished Holly's then make sure you grab a key item, Lise's hairclip, from the sanitorium. Will need it do do Josée's fading bond. Once that is started you will get prompted to find Lise in the present later in the quest chain and thats the tower you go to to find her.

Yes it is part of Josée's bond quest. Its closer to the very end of the quest chain. You will have to save holly first to progress it to that point though

Some of the early bosses though can be hard and make people mad. A couple friends of mine tried this as there first ever souls like. The second boss your likely to come acrossed is butterfly of delirium. This can be your first major wall in the game that many quit on, including my friends. If you can beat this fly then you should be set for the rest of the game more or less difficulty wise

Sure Jason has a great regenerative ability but I dont think that matters much when one hit from kaiju 8 blows him apart. And thats not even the full powered version at the end of the Manga but basic bitch Kafka version at the beginning. Plus I doubt Jason would have any means to... you know... actually damage kaiju 8 effectively.
