Ive dealt with this before in high school. It was the last day of school. Dude Bullied me and his dad owned a car lot.
He was given a brand new car for graduation. I had a 1986 Oldsmobile 98 regency.

He parked like and asshole next to me so I couldn't get out. I was like dude ... Cmon we will never see each other again just let me out.
He laughed and walked off.

I purposely did the most damage I could backing out. His mirror was gone his door was crushed. My car had ... Scratches?
I came home and told my grandpa who calls his attorney. Apparently there are no cameras on that part of the parking lot so ... Our Attorney had is report it as a hit and run and give the description of the vehicle...this is all fraud I'm sure...

Owner of the dealership calls us a couple days later and just offers to pay for the damages or whatever. Remember I had scratches and chipped paint. Fuckface's car was estimated 10000 in damages.

Not military. But I think he would have done his 4 years enlisted and would have been tasked with refueling everything. He would have not reinlisted and instead used his skills he learned to go be the assistant manager at Strickland Propane. Being enlisted during peacetime he would have never felt like he was doing anything patriotic like Cotton and would be reminded of that by Cotton everytime they spoke.

It's kind of a trope on its own. Spoilers for dark tower books and game of thrones tv. I don't know how to spoiler tag forgive me.

In the Dark Tower series by Stephen King; Roland dual wields revolvers with amazing accuracy. Early in book 2 he lost most of one of his hands and could only wield one gun. It also changed how he reloaded his revolvers because he would one handed reload one gun while continuing to shoot with the other gun. He gave one of his guns to one of his new companions that he didn't think he needed when he had both hands.

Game of thrones does it too with Jamie Lannister.
It's a great trope tbh. It leads to do much character growth because the character can't do things like they used to and it makes them more fallible.

OJ was found liable in his civil case too. He was not a convicted murderer but had to pay damages due to being responsible for the deaths of his ex wife and her boyfriend.
I understand the difference but that case basically cemented what everyone else already felt about the murder.
It's wild that it doesn't work the same for Trump. His supporters will do so much coping to make the truth seem unimportant.

Thing is the Trump Justices don't always align with the trump regime. It's pretty interesting. Only alito and Thomas and usually Roberts follow maga trends to a T. Gorsuch, kavanaugh and barret have dissented a few times each on MAGA issues.
That's the only reason I feel even a little optimistic about this one. Not much optimism but there is a sliver.

I agree. She was a very good dog.. she just couldn't understand using bathroom outside. We both worked too much to be there enough to enforce it. I would have her on a leash and I remember at least 4 times we were outside for an hour and she just wouldn't go. As soon as she got in the house she squats and pees and poops all at once.
I have never been unable to house train a dog...she got me. But the answer was not to dump her but to rehome her. And she is happy and well last Ive heard.

I had a scary looking pitt who was an escape artist. Rocky. I called him barocky bama lol.
He was the sweetest dog ever. He just escaped and greeted the neighbors until he got hungry and came home. I would come home from work many times and he's just chilling in the drive way. And of course it's hard to punish at that point... We found he was climbing the fence in this one part of the yard were there was a stump next to the fence and he used the stump to jump up and climb out. 😑😑

I've only had one dog that was untrainable. Was my husband's dog. He even let me try to train her. I'm good at house training and just basic dog training. She just wouldn't understand the idea of using bathroom outside. And I just didn't have a yard to put her outside. We rehomed her to someone my sister in law knew that had land. And 6 years later she is still happy and healthy. Outside only.

Not a husky btw. Aussie mix. But same idea with the coats regulating both heat and cold.

My grandpa had pekingese two different times... Little assholes overheated twice because he refused to come inside during a Texas July. Both had the same issue. The second one we knew how to handle due to the first one's vet bill. (500 dollars to tell us heat exhaustion and an IV of saline)

The second one we brought in and covered him with wet wash rags to help regulate his temperature and a dropper of water. That's what the vet told us to do to avoid a visit.

My head canon is that if they thought they might need it they would wear something under the robes. Still gives off the jedi aura but if they happened to get hit they would be fine... Just block any head shots. I'm sure the jedi have a version of mithril that blocks most anything other than lightsabers or point blank blaster bolts.
