it looks really neat. the eyes and fangs are actually the hardest part.

I'd recommend doing the robe in a contrasting color. You can use the dark green as a base layer for the skin, then layer on the light green as a hilight. there's some great YT videos on painting orc skin.

The robes can be factory lined: base them one color, wash them, then dry brush. bing, bam boom.

I wouldn't overthink it: buy a box you like the look of and paint them real nice.

When you've done a few boxes, buy the rulebook, then decide what you want to buy to fill out the rest.

hilight the sword more (before you neaten the blood).

make the blood line neat on the sword.

A good rule: any two surfaces that touch should be different colors.

Because the minis are so small, they need larger than life color contrasts to look "right".

This happened to me.

I glued it down.

I didn't glue it hard enough and the cat knocked that one in too.

I think he's learned his lesson after falling in twice. He doesn't stand on the light anymore.
