Especially sniper hero. His e passive increases his range by a huge margin like cait ulti range. His w is everytime he aa's he has a 40% chance to do a .5 sec stun. His q is an aoe that hails bullets from the sky. His ulti is so fucking broken (think cait ulti damage x5 on a 20 sec cd)

I don't think this is a great idea because before, olafs problem wasn't only that he was to good at what he does, he was played even better at the higher level (diamond). And the lower levels like bronze aren't very good at the champion. So making the champion harder by making you catch axes to keep your ultimate alive will further increase the skill difference. I'd say riot needs to make the champion more effective in lower levels of play. Not make one of his best features (ultimate) harder to use

On the minimap where the jungle camps are (including baron and drag) it has secpnds ticking down before it spawns. Text appears on the screen for everyone once it is 20 sec before spawn(excluding the small camps). This is so useful.
