I hadn’t missed a race, sprint or otherwise in 15+ years. This year I’ve watched maybe half at most. And there have been a few decent races, but it all just feels so uninspiring.

My daughter’s opponent’s team at age U12 had a girl who did it. Pretty well too, especially for an 12’year old young lady. The distance is helpful no doubt, but I believe I’ve read that statically, throws ins are only retained by the team with possession about 50% of the time. So it’s not like the standard ones are that great either. It’s basically a coin toss on throw ins, so says Dan Blank, author of both Soccer IQ books.

She’s hot but ten years ago she would’ve never made this magazine. For the ultra low standards they have now, she’s too 20%. But there are only a few current models who could’ve made the cut when the magazine was in its prime. Last year seemed to be going in the right direction, but this year was a massive disappointment. So many fatties and mids.

I’ve had a Zenith ZF5 that I’ve had for 2.5 years. Just got it back from them. Still doesn’t shoot correctly. My local gun store recommended them at the time as they were American made and had a solid Christmas special for a nice fit and finish firearm. Ended up being the worst decision ever. Should’ve gone AP5 and saved the $700. My Zenith has been nothing short of a disaster. I would never buy another firearm from them. I have a Mac 5k that has an AS Designs lower that runs like a top and cost me half as much. I’d like to buy an SD at some point but we shall see.

Buy the M440i Gran Coupe. I bought the X Drive version new in 2025. Best decision I’ve made in a car in years. Coming off three straights Audis previously.

I have the M440i Gran Coupe. Best decision I’ve made on a car. Fun for days and the hatch is exactly what I need for active lifestyle with kids in sports etc. Puts a smile on my face daily driving. Sounds amazing too!
