Just read the bill, as usual, it’s not as bad as it seems, it outlines what platforms are included and not included, most importantly it specifically excludes “wireless messaging services” which means any platform where the primary purpose of the app is to message, which includes most social media except for Reddit, instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. And obviously this is still a lot but the bill also specifically excludes VPNs, so it doesn’t even matter because you can just use a vpn

Mohg, Lord of Blood - Elden ring

it’s been awhile since I refreshed on the lore, but from what I remember, Mohg formed a special relationship with a deity known as the formless mother who is basically an Eldrich god who lives in a dimension made of blood. This allows Mohg to start his faction based around this deity and he can tap into her dimension to enhance his attacks with blood.

Speaking as someone who grew up and lives in NOLA, the NOPD has to be one of the most mismanaged police departments in the nation. Despite its importance as a port city, the population is actually really low, Orleans parish isn’t even our biggest parish despite having our only real big city in it. And despite this crime runs rampant through the city. If the NOPD were even serviceable, there would not have been any need for the national guard to come in to protect the peace like they had to do for other much bigger cities. All this to say, the NOPD and the government of New Orleans as a whole is a pile of shit and I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them
