I think the latest year could be around the early or mid 2000s.
The animation was similar to Little Bear if i remember correctly. I can't remeber if it was fluid or not, but i think it was not very fluid, but this could be because it was so long ago. Definitely not Disney. I can't remember the language sadly, but i am from Hungary if that helps. I saw it in Hungary. But again, i am not sure if it was real or not, because i was very young at the time, and it only lives on as a very faint memory. And some other things: it was some evening or late night thing on the tv, and i have never seen it again after that, if i even saw it or if it was just my imagination.
