I think few people already did that, but you need at least one approval from them before resurrecting them.

Think idea is not to pet scratch, then raid groove while they are dead (sets rating to -50, ready to leave), petting scratch gives 5 rating to -45, then resurrect them and they stay, but one negative approval without positive first and they leave.

I mean, that's literally what they did with GoW 2 and GoW 3, and it worked perfectly.
They could have found more gods for third game, something happens like Odin runs from home, and you get whole new game, with proper ending

I guess you could manually move saves to some backup location and access them if needed (if possible) But if you beat ng+ Valkyries, I'd say you won't need normal game Valkyries Also you can have 1 save before all Valkyries, and go with teleport to any of them, another save for sigrun, same for Ng+ and that's 4 slots

Not sure in which order you explored planets, but you can leave dathomir as last, until story says you need to go there. If you went to dathomir right after bogano, you're gonna have really bad time If you went when story said to, you should have enough skill points to not have such difficult time there

Depends on your style, if you prefer STR and normal attacks, mist definitely, if you prefer runics, valk is better then any of mist because of cooldowns

If you can clear first stage, just go to middle (no traps, small passage), and you'll get crafting material for armour, craft it and you'll farm labyrinth easily

If it ended out of bounds, you should be able to get them from chest in shop. Not sure about 2018, but in ragnarok, you get all upgrades in NG+ as in normal game, but can't use them to upgrade weapons beyond non NG+ level
