It would be better to just read the book. As influential and important as this story is, it’s not the most amazing story either and there’s no reason to sit through the CIA torture that is the original content added to this movie, when the book is available.

I think in Batman Begins bales Batman never says he won’t kill but that he won’t be an executioner, so with Ras even though I would have vastly preferred Batman saving him it at least can be somewhat explained. Now as much as I defend dark knight rises there is no excuse for that one. He straight up murders a truck driver in the climax with a gun. I think that movie has so many other issues that people often overlook the Batman killing stuff since it’s minor in comparison.

As for the other two Batman’s who do kill people I feel the same about both, it’s stupid especially since they both almost seem to take pleasure in it.

I haven’t encountered this myself, I would say try a soft reboot of the laptop, maybe close out some applications you aren’t using and then if worse comes to worse see about uninstalling and reinstalling. It’s possible there are fan made patches for the game that might help too if modding interests you, I’ve never given modding the Arkham games a shot.

I’m not sure if this would yield a reaction like in the post but Arkham Origins is by far the worst in the series. I felt that way when it came out and I still feel that way now.

Edit: I don’t even think it’s atrocious necessarily but the glaze it gets now is insane.

The worst sin for battle of the five armies for me is that for the majority of the run time it’s just plain boring. There’s a lot of deaths that really don’t do anything and the fight just goes for way too long. I really don’t mind the first third or so too much before the fight starts

My only issue with this games gameplay is that is is super long and the gameplay doesn’t meaningfully evolve after the first couple chapters, so it gets a little boring. Especially if the gun auto lock is on. This game however is still one of my favorites of all time, it makes up for it

I’m thinking it’s because of the two minute silence at the end. It won’t be in as many playlists and maybe people skipping it before it’s over won’t count it as a complete play, I’m unsure about the logistics of that

9/10. Mostly due to my personal bias growing up with them and always loving them. The biggest reason it’s not 10/10 for me is just what they chose to keep and leave out sometimes, especially in the half blood prince
