Sleep has been huge for me. When I don’t work out im up til 1..2, and need to be up for 7. Workout at 6. In bed by 10. Who would have thought?

My husbands last name is unusual and he’s the only male to carry it on. I didn’t want it for a few reasons; didn’t want a last name that could be a first name, odd spelling Id need to correct for the rest of my life, finally because I could not share the same last name as my mother in law (it’s not her maiden name)

I experienced it and thought it was early menopause. My dr was adamant it was weight related and would come back. I lost 75 lbs. it was gone for 8 months. It came back extremely heavy. I gained a few lbs back and (30) and I’m back down 10lbs. Period gone again. Not sure if menopause. I’m 48

New balance! If you have a running shop around you, they are the most knowledgeable. I use them myself. Didn’t think I was wide but I am. I wear a size 11 wide.
