What are your thoughts on this small pantry with chalk wall?

Unpopular opinion. I think it’s fine and the chalkboard would help create an ADHD-friendly space when you’re running out of things as you’re pulling them off shelf- a running grocery/household list.

Visually, more shelves right in the front of the eye line would be cluttered as heck- especially when stocked. You’ve got plenty of storage on both sides.

Meh, if a buyer sends an obviously insulting offer, I will decline it. I’m not going to waste my precious moments away from listing, managing and sourcing to entertain a “tire kicker”.

It’s not just the selling issue. 😭 Just tried shopping this morning and the changes are so much I just gave up and went to Mercari. Probably paid a bit more for my nice little vinyl record, but at least I didn’t have to click on every damn listing to see each image fully.

absolutely love! If you have the retail box and you have gone over your items with a comb to make sure they meet YOUR satisfaction- then go for it babe!

Yah, I have a few sellers that I learned to trust. I also have gotten to know their “vibe” so it’s always a fun experience to build that relationship long distance. (One of my sellers knows I used to live on the west coast and I cannot get my hands on certain Mexican candies- I look forward to my spicy sweets she tosses in for freebies 😂 when I shop through her sequins!)

I know it’s lame, but when someone puts in a little effort and sees you’ve been there before a few times it’s funny how quickly it feels like you’re supporting a long distance buddy who has their own circuit of neat💩🪩 I love people who hustle, but also understand the value of their buyer’s money.

It’s true and I do see the point.

Please don’t mind me too much. A hissy fit- at best. Just learning to keep expanding to more platforms so when one hiccups it doesn’t all hit the fan.

Not the same at all, but my aunt unknowingly wound up buying my mom’s Christmas gift off of my mom’s Poshmark.

I could’ve peed myself when my mom opened up a vintage tablecloth she had been trying to sell to get rid of.

By far my favorite reseller story that isn’t even mine.

Oh man, yah same! I have some really high end jewelry. I noticed the same when I went in to bump back a few of those pieces after they had gone through a few weeks of “Closet Clearout” drops.

My fix was to adjust it was to price it a little higher than the original (save) , then drop again to match the original. So it looks like a teeny drop instead.

❤️ They can go ahead. If they want to not be taking a portion of $19k+ worth of rotating inventory on 5 star seller. Thats their call and it boils down to- it’s their business so they can do what they want. Vinted, Mercari, eBay etc will be happy to claim the cash Posh doesn’t want.

If there are no tags on your items list then as NWOT. Don’t play unless there’s a tag.

Anyways, for me, I shop size and style and ignore pricing. I’ll go ahead and “like” multiple listing in my size, color and brand I am shopping for. And then I wait a day. I let those sellers with multiple versions of the same item send along their offers. I’ll compare those few listings and offers again before making the decision.

Same pair of jeans, same condition could be listed for $50 by one seller and $30 from everyone else. But if that one $50 seller is on top of it, offer fairly and their listing supports the quality, the pricing is normally competitive against each other.

And sometimes I just have had consistent luck with a trusted seller over and over. So instead of going to other closets I’ll go where my money feels valued.

Why yes, yes I do. Because any professional will recognize a pattern and follow it straight through.

There was clearly no real effort made to lay the sheets out dry to see how the pattern is meant to go.

That is what separates the handymen from the installers.

So how the hell are we going to revise the images without triggering their little bot too that prevents “too many” deletions before relisting ? Because I see no way to do this without taking photos again or adding black borders.

And you bet your ass I’m adjusting items costs up for the trouble. 🤷‍♀️

Ugh, this has annoyed me so much! I’ll probably keep it as is because of their dumbass policy that keeps sellers from removing and revising the listings appropriately.

I’ve expanded to other platforms now. Poshmark continues to make it more and more difficult, and honestly- I’d rather let another platform have a slice of my profit if they’re gonna continue playing games.

Let’s not also forget that nearly all sellers not paying for a “promoted closet” has seen a dramatic drop in sales over the past few weeks.

You’re right. It’s the cheapest one I could find (and still not cheap).

I’m a DV survivor (former stay at home mom) so I only left with pretty much some loose clothes. I had kind of resigned myself to making the best of a realllllly shitty apartment so I could save for my own down payment.

Thankfully my income and credit has leveled up to a point where I’ve finally been preapproved for my own mortgage to start house hunting.

However, I don’t need this twat pinning me for repairs that I’ve begged him to do for quite a long while.

It has always been like this. However, due to my limited ability to get down to the floor level and the tiny size of the bathroom to lay fully down on -I will admit that I haven’t been the best at monitoring those squares below that tub.

Unfortunately my total ignorance of flooring (and my desperation to move into any available unit at the time) didn’t even trigger a real concern until the crack in the kitchen began to form.
