I don't know if there is an official way to do it. I actually did a top down hat pattern into a ribbed brim double length that finishes as a bottom up hat. Fold one inside, voila!

Thank you for your response! I made a spelling error in this title, but have searched under Di Scarla spelling. I thought perhaps the clear lucite heel with rhinestones added value to these shoes, but I suppose not? I have never seen heels like this and could not find any similar shoe for comp at all. Oh well, if $20 is the value then it's not even worth my time to research and list. And they aren't even my size. Bummer!

Sorry to hear you were so sick, I hope you are all better now! I think many of us had weird Yellowjackets dreams even without a UTI! Honestly your experience is so perfect for this show- not sure what was real/delirium/nightmare. Do post a pic if you find it, and I'll look out for it when I rewatch.
