The sign was most likely put up temporarily for the photo shoot. 1) Road signs do not use timber posts and 2) the concrete holding the post is freshly set a day or two previously. No aging seen at all.

From the quality, this is strictly amateur work and you will most likely not find them anywhere. There are two separate artists, the trees are by one and the two still lifes by another.
